Eclipse Glasses sells solar viewers and classroom packs in Canada. It is built to be quiet for years at a time and useful for a few weeks around a sky event, which is an unusual shape for a shop and explains most of what you see here.
Sleep, wake, return
Demand for solar viewers is not a curve, it is a spike: nothing for years, then everyone at once, then nothing again. A shop built for that either carries stock it cannot sell or disappoints a lot of teachers in one week.
The intended answer is a store that costs almost nothing to keep alive between events, wakes a list of teachers early enough for a kit to arrive before the day, and collects undamaged viewers afterwards so they can be inspected and sent on to wherever the next eclipse crosses. Surplus stock is sold off openly rather than written down quietly.
What is actually here
Built: a priced catalogue, card checkout, and a safety guide. That is the whole list.
Not built: the sourced eclipse table, the teacher wake-list, the per-SKU certification register, the school purchase-order flow, the redonation intake and its ledger, and a published shipping and returns policy. The homepage register names each of them and shows it empty rather than leaving you to find out.
None of that is a roadmap promise. It is a list of things this site does not do today, published so that nothing on it can be mistaken for something it does.
Safety first, and not as a slogan
A solar viewer is eye protection. The only thing that makes one trustworthy is a record: which manufacturer made the filter, which laboratory tested it, under which report number, for which production lot. This site does not publish that record for any listing yet, and so does not use the word certified about anything it sells.
Saying so costs sales. It is still the only version of this page worth writing.
