- Are the viewers sold here certified?
- Not as far as this site is concerned. No listing publishes a manufacturer, filter model, testing laboratory, report number or production lot, so nothing here is described as certified. When those records exist they appear on the listing itself and the homepage register stops reading “not published”. Until then, treat every listing here the way the safety guide tells you to treat any unverified viewer.

- When is the next solar eclipse?
- This site does not know, and will not guess. An eclipse row needs its source and the date that source was read before it may appear here, and no such table has been published. The homepage register shows the event table as empty for exactly that reason. The previous version of this homepage counted down to a hardcoded date, and once that date passed it showed four zeroes.

- What is in a classroom kit?
- Solar viewers, in the quantity the listing names: a 30-pack is thirty pairs, a 60-pack is sixty. No lesson plan, activity sheet or teaching material is published on this site, so none is promised with a kit.

- What does the per-pair figure mean?
- The listed price divided by the pack size stated in the listing name, and nothing else. It is arithmetic you can check, not a saving against some other price. Listings that do not state a pack size do not show the figure.

- Where do you ship, and how much is it?
- No shipping policy is published on this site yet, so no destination, price or delivery window is promised here. If a date matters to you, ask before ordering.

- Can a school order on a purchase order or against an invoice?
- Not through this site — there is no quote or PO flow built. Write with the pack size, quantity and the date you need it by, and it is handled by hand. Card checkout works today for anyone who can use it.

- Can I send used viewers back to be passed on?
- Not yet. The collect-and-redonate programme has no intake form, no published inspection standard and no named receiving partner, so there is nothing to send them to and no counter to show. It is not a live programme being described as one.

- Can I reuse a viewer from a previous eclipse?
- Only after inspecting it as though it were new. Scratches, pinholes, creases and any separation of the filter from the frame all rule a pair out. The safety guide has the routine.

- What is your returns policy?
- None is published yet. The terms page is the only published legal text; when a returns policy for a safety product is written it will be published there and honoured as written.
